When she is trying to lose weight she turns to the draconian Cambridge diet which does not allow alcohol.

But it appears that Lauren Goodger fell off the wagon last night at a charity ball in London.

The TOWIE star appear a little intoxicated as she left the bash on the arm of a male friend.

Fallen off the wagon? Lauren Goodger appeared a little tipsy as she left Gilgamesh restaurant in London last night

Perhaps it was the emotion of the evening, or it could have been down to a fair few drinks, but Lauren posted an incoherent Tweet gushing to her family at midnight.

Lauren had donned a floor length black dress, which boasted mesh panelling, for the evening to support the Ben Kinsella trust.

She added a glittering chunky cuff on her wrist and carried a Vivienne Westwood clutch bag.

And Tone was certainly pleased he was set to be treated to dinner and a meet and greet with Arsenal tweeting: '@LaurenGoodger I actually can't believe it! I truly have the best sister! Love u so much!! So happy it's for a worthy cause, so pleased! Xx'

The reality star wasn't the only one who appeared to have over indulged during the night.
