She's become more famous for her yo-yo weight than her acting in recent years.

And it appears actress Natalie Cassidy has lost weight again after she was sporting a slimmer figure today.

The ex-EastEnder, 29, looked trim as she left the ITV studios in a pastel-checked dress, which looked like it could have been worn in Mad Men.

Sleek: Actress and TV presenter Natalie Cassidy appears to have lost weight as she leaves the ITV studios today

The mother-of-one was on This Morning to go through the day's newspapers.

However, she ridiculed by some Twitter users after she pronounced footballer Fabrice Muamba's surname Mumba.

Last month, she staunchly defended her weight after she was chosen to be an ambassador for the Health Lottery.

Pretty in pastel: The 29-year-old looked very girlie in her chic ensemble

After Twitter users accused her of being unsuitable for the role because of her yo-yoing weighter, Natalie hit back.

She said: ''I saw some of the comments on Twitter that I wasn't skinny enough to be ambassador, but I just ignored them. It's just important to be healthy and I am.'

In 2007 she dropped from a size 16 to a size 8, before piling the weight back on.

Changing shape: A heavier Natalie in February (left) and at her slimmest in 2008 (right)

Speaking last year she revealed she was finally comfortable with her body - after giving birth to her daughter Eliza in September 2010.

Natalie told Closer magazine:’I'd love to have a flat tum like lots of new celeb mums but I’m happy maintaining the weight I’m at now. I don’t think I’ll hit size eight again, unless it’s just for my wedding day!

'Naturally I’m about a size 14. It’s a real effort to be a 10, but I’d be really disappointed if I put the weight back – I don’t want to be a yo-yo dieter any more.

I’d love to be between a 10 and 12 for the rest of my life.
'My attitude to my body is totally different these days. It’s far more important for me to be fit than thin.'

Although it's said that life begins at 40 but it's important to celebrate every birthday leading up to that milestone.

Ringing out what is set to be her last year in her twenties Natalie Cassidy was pictured looking blurry-eyed as she hopped into a white limousine after a night out celebrating her 29th birthday.

The former EastEnders star had been hanging out in the Sugar Hut with, club owner and the star of The Only Way Is Essex, Mick Norcross who was also making a toast to his birthday.

You only live once: Natalie Cassidy looked worse for wear as she headed home after a night out in Essex

As she left Brentwood hotspot, Cassidy needed the assistance of her friend to get into the car as she appeared to be quite tipsy, and once inside her friend stroked her face and it wasn't long before she seemed to doze off.

The mother-of-one, who is 29 today, wore a short low cut gold sequined dress which showed off her cleavage and she let her loosely curled short brunette hair fall just above her shoulders.

The birthday girl fully embraced the stereotypical Essex girl image by turning up with a tan and wearing long fake eye lashes which she took off before the night was over.

What are friends for: The former EastEnders star was pictured as her friend stroked her face

Someone had a good time: The 29-year-old showed off the signs of a good night as she made her way home

Mick had advertised his birthday on the Sugar Hut website and promised that the night would be the 'party of the year'.

The website read: 'This Friday will see Sugar Hut Owner Mick Norcross throwing the party of the year for his Birthday.

'He has invited everyone along to celebrate and have a drink with him. You've seen him on the TV, now come and meet him for real.'

And from the looks of it he treated the ex Strictly Come Dancing contestant like a true star and gave her access to the VIP area and kept her refreshed with rose champagne.

He thanked her for attending his club and uploaded a picture of them from inside the club.

The caption read, 'Thank you to @Nat_Cassidy for choosing to celebrate your birthday @sugarhut ! X'

Both celebrants had clearly been looking forward to the party as on Thursday they both took to their Twitter accounts to express their excitement.

Mick tweeted, '@Nat_Cassidy hope you got your dancing shoes on ! X'

To which she replied, '@micky_norcross dancing shoes at the ready and tan as dark as I can get it.. See you tomorrow! X'.

Surprisingly this morning Natalie was obviously not feeling the effects of the alcohol as she tweeted about her first birthday treat of the day which came from her two-year-old daughter Eliza.

She tweeted, 'I'm sat in bed and Adam has taught Eliza 'happy birthday to you'... She's saying happy...to you mummy. Love her.'

'I wasn't beaten black and blue': Natalie Cassidy spoke about the reasons behind her decision to take back her ex fiancé Adam Cottrell on This Morning today

She admits she was left 'humiliated' by ex fiancé Adam Cottrell when he hit her during a violent argument last year.

But now Natalie Cassidy, 28, has spoken about the reasons behind her reconciliation with Cottrell.

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant said she decided to give things another go after Cottrell decided to seek help for his addiction to alcohol.

She said: 'Adam and drink didn’t mix from the beginning. It did change and it got worse I was permanently on edge for him to have one drink – I put pressure on him.

'Many people who have partners they don’t like as much when they have a drink.'

Natalie, who has a 17-month-old daughter Eliza with Cottrell, also revealed the moment she had decided to end the relationship.

She told Phillip Schofield and Emma Willis on This Morning today: 'Arguments weren’t verbal anymore they became physical. We had an argument he took a slipper and hit me. I’m a strong person but I was humiliated.

'I stayed because it takes a while you feel embarrassed you don’t what to tell your family members straight away.

'But I opened up to friends and family and I was strong enough to get a restraining order, which is hard to do against the father of your child.'

But it was when Natalie allowed Cottrell to see their daughter Eliza that she decided to drop the restraining order against him, and slowly rediscovered her feelings for him.

And one incident in particular led to Natalie realising how deeply she felt for her former fiancé.

She said: 'One Friday, Something awful happened - he disappeared, his phone was switched off and what’s he doing? He’s drunk.

Spring style: Natalie wore a patterned navy dress with T-bar heels as she posed up outside the ITV studios following her appearance on the show

Good spirits: Natalie said that along as Adam sticks to not drinking, things between them will be fine

'He was found 36 hours later drunk in an old lady's garden. It was a frightening relapse. He had stopped drinking and thought he could do it on his own - but he can't.

'After that incident he called me and something turned in my brain and I realised he needs help.

'I’d never condone it… but I wasn’t beaten black and blue. Life is amazing without the constant fear in our lives.'

But while Natalie has given Cottrell, 32, another chance, she insists that if he fell off the wagon again, it would be an issue.

She said: 'If anything violent were to happen again it would absolutely be it if he went out and had a drink again I would address it.

'I know 100 per cent that if it carries on and he continues doing what he’s doing then I know we’re going to be very happy.'

They split last May and called off their wedding after he was arrested and convicted of assaulting her.

However, Natalie Cassidy has forgiven her violent fiance Adam Cottrell and today announced that she is back with the man who assaulted her.

Her family and friends are wary of the reconciliation but she hopes that they will see the man who she once feared has changed.

Back for good: Natalie Cassidy has taken back her violent ex fiance Adam Cottrell

Earlier this month her agent put out a statement denying that the couple were reuniting and said: 'Natalie and Adam are on civil terms.'

But after an emotional phone call from Adam, 32, Natalie felt obliged to not only help her alcoholic ex but to also stand by his side while she knew the rest of the world would condemn her.

Cottrell called Cassidy crying his eyes out and apologising for all his past actions and the former EastEnders actress decided to forgive him and now believes that they can work.

She told the People newspaper: 'But I do forgive Adam. We are back together and I strongly believe we can make it work.'

She continued: ' I now realise everything that happened between Adam and myself was down to alcohol. Adam wanting a drink, Adam having a drink, Adam feeling guilty about having a drink.'

The couple have a 17-month-old daughter together called Eliza and she was part of the reason that the actress decided to take back Adam.

Happy face: Natalie looked in a good mood yesterday, and now we know why

She said that if things don't work out she wants to be able to look back in 20 years time and tell her daughter that at least she tried her best.

She said to the newspaper: 'I am happy where we are now and I love him. I fancy the pants off him. He fancies the pants off me.'

Last June, Adam was sentenced to 120 hours unpaid work and given a restraining order to stop him contacting Natalie after he admitted assaulting her.

He first attacked her on April 13 last year when he smeared her with mascara and hit her with a slipper on her leg.

Happy families: The couple were spotted together earlier this month with their daughter Eliza

Then, on May 20, he grabbed her arms and ripped her top and smashed up their Hertfordshire home, breaking a £200 microwave, wine glasses and a candelabra as Natalie fled, taking Eliza, now 17-months-old, with her.

In June, he admitted two counts of assault by beating and one offence of criminal damage.

The following month, Natalie gave an interview in which she said: 'I thought he was "The One". I'm still in love with him but I hate him for everything he's done.

'I still have feelings for him but I can't see us getting back together because of everything that's happened.'

The denial: Natalie said that the couple were simply civil terms but it seems there was more to it

Those feelings never really went away and after they spoke on the phone just before Christmas, she realised how much she still loved him.

In December he was found unconscious in the front garden of an elderly couple's home where he had smashed a window and had been arrested.

With no where left to turn he rand Natalie and instead of blasting him she realised that he needed a friend and invited him to her home.

After he confessed to needing help and apologised to the woman he had mentally and physically abused, the couple decided to give their relationship another go.

Incognito: Adam has been sober for two months and Natalie is standing by him

Adam, who has now been sober for two months, was found guilty of causing £300 of criminal damage and was given 40 hours of unpaid work before magistrates in Southend, Essex.

Natalie told the newspaper: 'Hopefully now with the court case behind him he can do his community service and continue with his recovery.'

New look: Natalie Cassidy showed off her new hairdo as she stepped out with daughter Eliza in London today

She didn't exactly have a host of beauty and grooming products to choose from during her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

So it comes as no surprise that no that she is out of the reality show, Natalie Cassidy has opted to update her look with a new hairdo.

The 28-year-old actress showed off her voluminous new style as she toted her one-year-old daughter Eliza around London before her appearance alongside CBB winner on Loose Women.

Voluminous: Natalie's new look suits her face shape more than her previous poker straight bob

Natalie teamed her curly 'do with a loose-fitting cream jumper, black trousers and a khaki jacket as she spent time with her gorgeous daughter, who looked adorable in her all-pink outfit.

She tweeted this morning: 'Hello tweeps. Had a couple of lovely days of Eliza time. Back to it today!'

And as she made her way on to be interviewed on the ITV show, Natalie told the Loose Women she was thrilled with her new look.

As she was interviewed on the programme, Natalie admitted she was less than impressed with some of the things that Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon had said about her.

Mummy and me: The actress' one-year-old daughter Eliza looked gorgeous in her all-pink outfit

Smiles all round: Natalie appeared in good spirits as she carried her little girl ahead of her appearance on Loose Women

Referring to the pair saying she was 'too fat' to be in charge of the shopping list, Natalie said: 'I know it's a game show and all that but when I was in there we were forming relationships, and then you come out of the house and hear the horrible things and it made me feel quite upset.'

She later added: 'The twins were playing a game from the beginning.

'Obviously I hate the twins so I wouldn't have wanted them to win.'

Natalie also said in a magazine interview today that she felt 'robbed' that the twins had remained in the house for longer than she had.

She told new magazine: 'Their confidence is so high, it came over as arrogance. You should have more consideration.

'I feel a bit robbed. They were the only people who made me feel angry.'

End of the road: Natalie Cassidy is the fifth evictee of Celebrity Big Brother

Despite being in it to win it, Natalie Cassidy has become the fifth victim of Celebrity Big Brother.

The former EastEnder followed in the footsteps of Kirk Norcross, who was voted out just an hour before her during the surprise double eviction evening.

Earlier in the week, Natalie had confessed in the diary room that she hoped to be crowned champion of the series so that her 16-month-old-daughter Eliza would be proud of her.

Before the announcement, host Brian Dowling teased the housemates by saying who was still safe; Playboy twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon were announced first, quickly followed be Romeo.

The Irish host then called Frankie Cocozza's name, followed by Denise Welch and Nicola McLean - leaving just Natalie and Michael Madsen, as Gareth Thomas was not up for nomination.

Brave face: Natalie had hoped to win the show for her daughter Eliza

The mother-of-one, 28, received huge cheers as she was evicted from the house, with Brian telling her: 'I'm doubly-shocked! Everyone had you tipped to win!'

Natalie said: 'I can't lie, I am shocked. However, when Kirk went I thought, "I'm going to go too".

'I'd like to have made the final, I did two weeks which is two-thirds of the show. I've missed my daughter really badly. I'm not going to bulls*** about that, I didn't want to go.

'But it's a win-win, I get to see my daughter.'

Walk of shame: Despite the boos when Brian Dowling mentioned their name, Karissa and Kristina Shannon survived longer than Natalie

The British actress made no secret that she was disappointed to be voted off before the twins.

She explained to Brian that she had been eavesdropping during a conversation between Karissa, Kristina and Michael, where the girls insinuated that Natalie wouldn't make the final.

Natalie said: 'My game was to stay after the twins, which is why I'm annoyed (to be eliminated).'

Gutted: Natalie said she had wanted to remain in the house longer than the twins

Speaking of the Playboy siblings, she said: 'Sometimes confidence can turn to arrogance. They adore themselves, they are from a different world to me.

'They've got $9,000 shoes and I'm like, "These are from Dorothy Perkins."

'I taught them to boil a kettle.. they had never boiled a kettle! Manners cost nothing. They have a massive game plan, to win the show.'

Kiss and make-up: Michael Madsen offered an affection hug to Natalie after she heard the news

She also gave her opinion on Denise and Michael, joked: 'They're secretly in love!'

Referring to the Thelma And Louise star's mood swings, Natalie added: 'I had mixed emotions from him. He snapped at me when I said I was up for eviction and he said, "Now you know how it feels."'

Hardly surprisingly, Natalie said she wanted the twins out next and Gareth to win the show.

The lines have now opened for viewers to vote for their favourite; but another two housemates will bite the dust during a double eviction on Wednesday.

And then there were seven! Gareth, Michael, Denise, Nicola, Frankie, Romeo and the twins remain

Most women who are told they look like a celebrity would feel rather flattered.

But when Cassie Smith was constantly compared to actress Natalie Cassidy - she spent £12,000 on a make-over.

Ever since her schooldays, Cassie has been told she is a dead ringer for the EastEnders star, who has played Sonia Fowler in the show on-and-off since 1993.

Separated at birth? Cassie Smith, left, is a dead ringer for EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy

The mother-of-five has been pestered for autographs, begged for behind-the-scenes details of Albert Square - despite having her cut her hair to curb the cases of mistaken identity.

She has spent £3,460 on hairstyles, £6,000 on clothes and £2,160 on make up over the last ten years to make herself look as different from the actress as possible.

Cassie, 29, from Dorset, said: 'Ever since I was little I have been told I look like Natalie Cassidy.

'I've never seen the resemblance myself and I don't want to be mean about her because I actually quite like her, but being compared to Natalie is ruining my life.

Cassie has spent £3,460 on hairstyles, £6,000 on clothes and £2,160 on make up over the last ten years to make herself look as different from the actress as possible

'I've lost count of how many times I've been asked whether I play the trumpet.'

Cassie, who is mother to Leah, 11, Connor, nine, Matilda, five and two-year-old twins Jenson and Jemima, lives in the village of Corfe Mullen with her partner Mark Barber, a 35-year-old mechanic.

A full-time mother, she was born in London and brought up in the Isle of Wight before moving to Dorset four years ago.

But despite the great lengths she has taken, there is no denying Cassie still bears an uncanny resemblance.
She said: 'I am an EastEnders fan and I've always enjoyed watching the character of Sonia.

'I think I probably paid more attention to her than anyone else because of the constant comparisons.

'Ever since I was little I've tried to be a bit eccentric with my hair and to make my clothes stand out so that people won't keep comparing me to her, but nothing seems to work. Even my nan called me Sonia because she knew it wound me up.

'I spend about £40 on my hair every six weeks, £50 a month on clothes and £30 a month on make-up but no matter what I try people still think I look like her.'

Natalie Cassidy joined EastEnders in 1993 as Sonia Jackson, the trumpet-playing socially awkward misfit daughter of show regular Carol Jackson.

After leaving the iconic BBC soap in 2007, Cassidy pursued a career in TV presenting and has starred in her own reality show, Natalie Cassidy: Becoming Mum about the birth of her first child, Eliza.

She has revisited EastEnders on three occasions for short stints but has more recently become known for her weight and body image issues, appearing in magazines to discuss her yo-yo weight loss and breast enhancement.

In May of this year, Cassidy's boyfriend Adam Cottrell was charged with two offences of assault and two charges of criminal damage after he punched her microwave and beat her with a slipper during a row.

The shocking assault came just days after Cassidy gave a gushing interview about the couple's post-baby sex life.

And while Cassie's life is a world away from that from her famous lookalike, the actress's tumultuous private life has meant she has rarely been out of the papers in recent years.

Cassie said: 'Everyone knows who Natalie Cassidy is. When she kicked Adam Cottrell out, a woman in the doctor's waiting room told me I'd done the right thing and I should be proud of myself for not putting up with a scumbag.

'I tried to tell her that I wasn't Natalie, but she just sort of winked at me and said "Your secret is safe with me."

'I didn't know what to do so I just tried to ignore her.

'When I was younger I got asked about EastEnders constantly. Sonia's brother had a dog called Well-Ard on the show and people would always ask me, "How's Well-Ard doing?".

Natalie has been on EastEnders since 1993 but has more recently become known for her weight and body image issues

'As I got older, it just got worse. When I had my daughter at 16, even my consultant said I looked like Sonia. And when I went out to clubs I was always getting groups of lads coming up to me thinking I was her.

'I used to get so annoyed, especially when my ex-boyfriend used to do it. I find it a bit insulting because - without being nasty - I wouldn't say she was very pretty.

''Another time, a group of girls in the street begged me for my autograph, shouting out "Sonia! Sonia!".

'I was with my daughter Leah and it was just so embarrassing. I tried to ignore them but they followed me around the town centre.'

With Cassidy's public profile greater than ever, Cassie tries her best not be mistaken for the star - often with little success.

Cassie said: 'If she gets a distinctive haircut, I make sure to go out and get the exact opposite haircut. I would be mortified to find I had the exact same hair as Natalie Cassidy and I try always to have my own style and not to dress like her.

'Once, when I was younger, I went out and had my hair chopped short and died orange just so I could have a break from being mistaken for her.

'One time I went to the shops and the woman behind the counter simply didn't understand that I was not Sonia from EastEnders. I think she thought I was the actual character because she was asking me whether I preferred Martin or Jamie.

'She kept asking me loads of things about her and I kept saying, 'I don't know, I'm not her!' It was completely bizarre.'

Cassie has even been told that she sounds like the 28-year-old from Islington, even though she does not have a cockney accent.

Cassie said: 'People have often told me I should work as a lookalike but I really don't think I look like Natalie Cassidy at all.

'Since I'm the only person who can't see the resemblance, I don't see the point.'

She's never come across as the most rebellious of celebrities.

But earlier this month Natalie Cassidy debuted her very first tattoo, after having her daughter Eliza's initials etched on her wrist.

The 28-year-old actress showed off her new inking, which appeared to be a capital E and C surrounded by musical notes and hearts, as she stepped out this morning near her Hertfordshire home.

Nice ink! Natalie Cassidy showed off her first tattoo after having daughter Eliza's initials etched on her wrist

Last month, Natalie was spotted beaming as she emerged from the tattoo parlour after being in there for over an hour.

The former EastEnders star, who said the tattoo didn't hurt 'as much' as she had
expected it to, also displayed her slender figure in a tight pair of black jeans and heart-print top after being inked.

Natalie has dropped a remarkable three stone since parting ways from fiancé Adam Cottrell in May - and looks keen to keep off the weight.

Rising stress levels left the newly-single Strictly Come Dancing contestant unable to sleep or eat and her weight plummeted to 9st 2lb.

But taking control again, she has stabilised herself at a healthy 9st 7lb.

Natalie said at the time: ‘I have been a size six, I’ve been a size 16 – bordering on an 18.

'But I am a size 10 now, and I feel that I am the weight I should be.’

The pair were due to marry last year following the birth of Eliza, but Cassidy called off the ceremony after a huge bust-up.

Cottrell later pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage and now has a restraining order under his name.

District Judge Ian Baker banned him from driving for 18 months and sentenced him to a 12-month community order with 60 hours' unpaid work.

Cottrell was also fined £100 for possession of cocaine and was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Shabby chic: Natalie Cassidy looked a little scruffy, but stylish too as she left her Manchester hotel

Despite the recent trauma of splitting from her fiancé, Natalie Cassidy is obviously feeling 'magnifique'.

The former EastEnder emerged from her Manchester hotel wearing a T-shirt emblazoned with the French word.

Looking trim in black leggings, it appeared the mother-of-one had been for an early workout in the gym as she sported scruffy hair and trainers.

She also opted for no make-up, rocking the 'just-got-off-a-treadmill' look.

But her new revamped red bob gave her a splash of colour against the backdrop of a dreary rainy day.

Natalie Cassidy showing off her red hair as she shops with baby Eliza

She had already lost several stone and chopped her long locks into a grown-up bob but now Natalie Cassidy has changed her hair colour too.

The ex-EastEnders star, who used to play dowdy Sonia, showed off a new vampish red crop as she hit the shops today.

Cassidy, 28, has given herself a total makeover since the trauma of splitting from her fiance Adam Cottrell.

They had been due to marry this year but broke up after he assaulted the actress twice in their home.

Despite the difficulties in her personal life, Cassidy looked happy as she and her daughter with Cottrell, Eliza, headed out in Hertfordshire.

Her hair had been cut even shorter than how it was earlier this month and is now a deep red colour.

Slim in a pair of light blue 'jeggings' and green stripey T-shirt, the actress also wore a pair of large sunglasses.

Eliza, nestling in her arms, looked cute in a dress, white tights and purple shoes as she clutched a teddy almost the same size as her.

Cassidy has lost 3st since the break-up from Cottrell earlier this year and recently enjoyed a holiday in Turkey.

Cottrell, 31, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and criminal damage and was sentenced in June.

Natalie had already chopped her locks short but the red dye is a new addition

He escaped jail but was handed a restraining order banning him from contacting the actress.

He was also given 120 hour unpaid work and placed on a 12-month community order with 12 months' supervision.

During the court case, prosecutors said he had lost his temper, smeared Cassidy's mascara and hit her on the leg with a slipper.

The court heard how he also 'grabbed her by the arms and ripped her top' and later caused £350 of damage to their home.

In the wake of the attack, their £50,000 marriage was called off and Cottrell was kicked out of their flat.

Their daughter Eliza was born last September, before the relationship disintegrated.

Cassidy starred in EastEnders as Sonia from 1993 to 2007 and returned to the soap last year.

Where's ya troosers?: Natalie Cassidy goes bottomless during an appearance on Loose Women on ITV1

Natalie Cassidy may be a busy woman, what with being a new mother and all.

But surely she could have remembered to put some trousers on during an appearance on the ITV1's Loose Women.

The former EastEnders star waltzed on to stage on the daytime chat show in just a white shirt that finished just above her knees.

Natalie, 28, finished off the 'outfit' with a pair of brown suede pumps.

Despite the odd nature of what she'd decided to wear, or not to wear, the newly slim star looked great.

The actress was on the show discussing her weight loss (for which she credited zumba classes) and her recent troubles, resulting from her relationship with Adam Cottrell.

She told the hosts: 'I go to zumba on a Monday and it's absolutely brilliant, there's about 50 women that go and it's such a laugh. And I work really hard.

'Because of the baby, on a Monday night I feel like I'm going out. I get all excited, everyone's like "You're only going to zumba for an hour", but I'm like "Well no, it's like my night out".

Fresh faced: The former EastEnders actress looked great despite her fashion faux pas

'I was doing it before and then once the split happened and everything went on I didn't go for about five or six weeks. And actually going back was really nerve-wracking and really emotional.'

She later added: 'I think everyone goes through stuff in life, we all go through problems I'm not the only one. I'm not like "Poor me, poor me."'

Cassidy hit headlines in May after she had a huge bust up with her former fiancé Adam in front of their baby Eliza, 10 months old.

Problems: Natalie spoke about her weight loss and her recent relationship breakdown

He later pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage and now has a restraining order under his name.

She started smoking and turned to sleeping pills to numb the pain but soon stopped taking them as she didn’t want to be ‘spaced out’ .

After shedding weight following the split, Natalie, 28, told the Sunday Mirror: ‘I have been through the mill with weight.

Slim pickings: The actress has shed the pounds since her split with ex-fiance Adam Cottrell

But after pulling herself together and getting her health back on track she is now a healthy 9st 7lb.

‘I have been a size six, I’ve been a size 16 – bordering on an 18. But I am a size 10 now, and I feel that I am the weight I should be.’

She added that she had her breasts surgically enlarged to a D cup at the age of 22 when she was a bigger dress size but originally an A cup.

‘I am smaller all over now, so my boobs do look bigger – but I’m not complaining. Who moans about huge knockers and a tiny waist?’ she said.

Natalie says that she started exercising when Eliza was four months old and admits she works very hard to stay in shape because she piles on the pounds very easily.

She recently showed off her figure on a holiday in Turkey and looked happier than we’ve seen her in months.

Strung out: Natalie Cassidy finds solace in her cigarette packet during the difficult time of splitting with her fiancé after their domestic dispute

She hit headlines last week after being involved in a domestic dispute, but Natalie Cassidy took her mind off the drama by taking her baby Eliza out for lunch with a friend yesterday.

The former EastEnders star looked pretty in a pink top while showing off her new cropped haircut at a London restaurant.

The 28-year-old stepped out in skin tight white leggings and flat strappy sandals while she clung onto a packet of cigarettes to calm her nerves.

Natalie still appeared to be stressed out over the debacle with her fiancé, who is currently waiting to find out if he is being sent to jail after pleading guilty to hitting her with a slipper and grabbing her by the arms.

The actress found solace in her cigarette packet as she and her eight-month-old baby had a day out in London.

And the actress decided to chop off her long brunette locks for a fresh start with a flattering sharp bob.

Her former fiancé Adam Cottrell, 31, also admitted one offence of criminal damage after smashing a microwave, wine glass and a candelabra at their home.

Heartbroken Natalie, who played Sonia Fowler on the soap, has now split from Cottrell – the father of her daughter Eliza.

The couple were set to be married later this year, but the actress cancelled the £50,000 ceremony and has booted him out of their £190,000 flat in Broxbourne, Herts.

Their daughter Eliza was born last September and Miss Cassidy’s pregnancy was chronicled on her Channel 4 series Natalie Cassidy: Becoming Mum, in which Cottrell starred with her.

Cassidy starred in EastEnders from 1993 to 2007 and returned to the soap briefly last year before becoming engaged to Cottrell last May during a holiday in Italy.
