Amanda Holden has known Simon Cowell for over ten years and she has grown pretty close to him.
However, despite their onscreen chemistry the Britain's Got Talent judge is adamant that she would never become one of his conquests.
The 41-year-old admitted that she was shocked by the news of his affair with Dannii Minogue but claimed she would not be following in the footsteps of the Aussie pop star - a sentiment shared by Alesha Dixon.

Amanda told The Sun newspaper: 'I’d never be another notch on his bedpost. I’d very much rather be his friend because friendship lasts longer.'
Holden is one of Simon's closest friends and she attributes a shared sense of humour for their good relationship.
She told the newspaper: 'We get each other. We always have a laugh together. I make him laugh and he makes me laugh. That’s why I’m still here.'
Good team: Amanda has gelled well with new judges David Walliams and Alesha Dixon on Britain's Got Talent
Miss Dixon also stated that she would never sleep with the music mogul, even though she doesn't think he actually fancies her.
She told the Sunday Mirror: 'No amount of money in the world would make me sleep with Simon.
'Ive told him a million times that there are some things money can't buy and that's love.'
She added: 'Look, I will not be in one of his books as the new judge he fancies in the future. Trust me.'
Amanda and Alesha, 33, have become good friends since working together on Britain's Got Talent, and despite reports of tension the pair get on well.
Look who's talking: Alesha and Amanda have rubbished rumous that they are enemies and actually get on well
Alesha told Fabulous magazine: 'She's been wonderful. She's opened her arms up to me.
'I'm not threatened by her and she's not threatened by me.'
Amanda, who had time off from the show earlier this year to give birth, also revealed that she has no plans to have anymore children of her own as she fears it could kill her.
She was in critical condition for three days after giving birth in January, but the Britain's Got Talent judge would consider adoption or fostering as she gets older.
She told the Daily Star - Sunday: 'I’m 41 now and these are the children I was meant to have, so I won’t try for another baby.
All together now: Amanda with husband Chris Hughes and daughters Lexi and Hollie, earlier this year
'I don’t want to have any more children of my own – I want to live.'
The mother-of-two has Lexi, six, and four-month-old Hollie with husband Chris Hughes, but admits being in awe of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
She told the newspaper: 'I don’t know how Brad and Angelina do it – they’re amazing. I’ve never seen their luggage but I struggle to pack less than five bags for us lot.'
Amanda required several emergency blood transfusions after coming close to death while giving birth to her second daughter.
Baby Hollie Rose - who was born by Caesarean section at a London hospital - was immediately put on a respirator in a special care unit.
A close friend said at the time: 'Amanda nearly died. It was a life threatening situation. There was a huge loss of blood.'
