With three break-ups in seven years, Prince Harry’s relationship with Chelsy Davy has certainly been turbulent.
But after being apart for more than a year, the couple are understood to be rekindling their romance.
I’m told that Harry, 27, and Chelsy, 26, below, have seen each other during the past month, although they are determined to keep things low-key.
Making a go of things? Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy are keeping things low-key
‘They have been meeting at the homes of friends and at private house parties,’ says a source. ‘Chelsy has seen Harry in the past three weeks, although she doesn’t really like talking about it. She’s been very coy.
‘It seems to be a relationship with no strings attached. The fact is they are still hugely attracted to each other and never really fell out of love.
'Both are keen to keep meetings under the radar and insist it’s not an official getting back together. It’s a lot more casual.’
The couple’s latest split came after the Royal Wedding last spring when Chelsy decided that following a Royal lifestyle was not for her.

The Zimbabwean, who is training to be a solicitor at top law firm Allen & Overy, went on to date property developer Taylor McWilliams, then art dealer Blaise Patrick. But that romance fizzled out, apparently because Chelsy was back in touch with Harry.
The Prince, meanwhile, went cool on The Saturdays singer Mollie King amid claims that she was too open about their nights out.
‘Harry definitely holds a torch for Chelsy. The fact that she is not rushing to get back with him makes him want her even more,’ adds a friend.
‘At the moment, Chelsy says she’s focused on her work and doesn’t have time for a proper boyfriend.’
A spokesman for Harry declined to comment last night.
First Princess Beatrice ran the London Marathon – now her sister Eugenie is getting on her bike to raise money for the hospital that helped cure her of a disfiguring back condition when she was 12.
She will cycle 62 miles around London in the Nightrider challenge in June to help raise £1 million for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.
The Princess, 22, was treated there for scoliosis, a form of spinal curvature.
Eugenie, right, says on her Just Giving webpage: ‘It is very important to me as I had an operation there in 2002. I want to play a part in developing better facilities for the patients and staff.’
Her mother, the Duchess of York, has already donated £500.
Monarchs from around the world assembling for the Queen’s Jubilee lunch at Windsor Castle on May 18 have also been invited to an event in her honour the next day at Coworth Park Hotel in Ascot.
But they may not have the pleasure of her company. ‘The Queen’s diary is incredibly busy so she may not make it,’ I’m told.
I wonder if the invitation list extends to the King of Bahrain, who is controversially attending the Windsor Castle lunch?
Prince William’s old flame Jecca Craig has been reunited with ex-fiance Hugh Crossley.
The couple turned up arm in arm for the launch of the The Johnnie Walker Blue Label Club at The Scotch in Mayfair.

I’m told conservationist Jecca is hopeful for a permanent reconciliation. ‘Jecca was telling people that she and Hugh are back on and she’s hoping that it’s for the long term,’ says a chum.
The 29-year-old Kenyan socialite met 40-year-old Crossley, a director of investment company Equitix, in 2004 while he was recuperating in Kenya after a mountaineering accident.
They got engaged in 2008 but Jecca called it off a year later.

Pippa Middleton’s brother James is following in her footsteps by taking part in next month’s gruelling Highland Cross Challenge in Scotland.
Pippa, 28, took part in the 50-mile run and cycle ride last year and now James, 25, is keen to test himself.

James raised £12,000 for charity in a Swedish cross-country ski challenge earlier this year with Pippa.
‘This is not for charity, it’s just a bit of fun,’ says a friend.

Prince Harry may have joked about entering William and Kate into the London Marathon, but his brother has serious hopes of running an African marathon.
William, 29, wants to enter the Safaricom Marathon in Kenya’s Lewa Downs – the wildlife resort which is owned by Jecca Craig’s family and is where he proposed to Kate.
An aide says he will not enter ‘this year’, but added: ‘It is something he would like to to do in the future.’

The Duchess of Cornwall’s nephew Luke Parker Bowles last week organised a ceremony to rename the New York memorial to the 67 British victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The British Garden will now be known as The Queen Elizabeth II September 11th Garden. ‘It was our way of kicking off the Diamond Jubilee celebrations over here,’
Luke, 34, a digital publisher who lives in New York, tells me. ‘The Dean of Westminster, the Rev John Hall, flew out for the ceremony and the Prince of Wales, who is our patron, sent a telegram.’
