Back to her old look? Former glamour model Jodie Marsh covered up her new muscles with a discreet black dress for her Late Late Show appearance in Dublin last night
She's not been shy of showing off her new muscular frame, but it seems that former glamor model Jodie Marsh has finally decided to cover up.
The 32-year-old professional body builder donned a black leather dress for her appearance on the Late Late Show in Dublin last night.
Her skin-tight ensemble was a far cry from the leotards and bikinis she's been seen in recently to display her athletic physique.
Unusually demure in a high neckline and mid-thigh skirt, Jodie seemed happy with her more discreet ensemble.
Keeping accessories to a minimum, Jodie completed her outfit with patent nude heels, burgundy nail varnish, and vampish eye makeup.
The model's tanned legs made a welcome change from the oiled-up look she sported at the Natural Bodybuilding Championships last month, where she was a surprise hit after only eight weeks of training.
Clearly looking forward to the interview, Jodie tweeted yesterday evening: 'On The Late Late Show in Dublin tonight :-) x x x'
Demure: Jodie's natural-looking tan and high neckline were a world away from her appearance at the Natural Bodybuilding Championships last month
It was evident that she still had exercise on the brain however when she wrote earlier in the day: 'Good morning! Finally managed to get 8 hours sleep. First time since last Wednesday! Brown rice 4 breakfast then back to work. Need to train'
Jodie has enjoyed a huge confidence boost since taking up her new lifestyle, even seeing an improvement in her love life as a result.
She told The Sun: 'I have never attracted so much interest from blokes in my life. It's been a real eye-opener. For the last two years I went through a complete drought of men.'
Hard work: Though excited about her interview, Jodie still stuck to her rigorous training schedule during the day
'No one was chatting me up. I despaired of ever having a boyfriend, or even a date, again. But since I became a bodybuilder, I've suddenly got about 50 guys interested in me.'
The drastic effects of her transition to body building still has yet to sink in it seems, as she added: 'It is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life and also the best thing.'
'I feel amazing. I'm buzzing every day. I can't believe its my body. Even when i look at pictures of myself, I think, "Is that really my stomach?"'
New look: The 32-year-old has been keen to show off her drastically altered figure, pictured at last month's bodybuilding contest
The Celebrity Big Brother star works extremely hard to maintain her standard of fitness, which requires around the clock dedication.
'I do three hours of cardio, two hours of weights and one hour of abs a day. I also do an hour of posing and routine work,' she divulged.
Her diet is a crucial element as well, and Jodie also revealed she eats 15 egg whites and seven protein shakes a day - cutting carbohydrates out of her diet entirely.
