Leader of the pack: David Beckham hands down his footballing knowledge to a group of children including his own son Cruz (far right) during a training session in Los Angeles

As father to three boys David Beckham has no doubt been imparting all of his footballing knowledge to the youngsters as part of their upbringing.

But it's not just Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz who are benefiting from their father's expertise on the pitch.

Beckham also manages his own team of young players in Los Angeles, and he was pictured training the group of children just this week.

Pass and move, pass and move: The lucky children will benefit from Becks' years of experience

Becks, 36, hit the pitch with Romeo and Cruz in tow to pass on his footballing skills to his posse of youngsters who all appeared to be roughly the same age as his own boys.

With a set of cones neatly laid out on the ground the LA Galaxy star put his team through their paces.

Wearing a trucker style cap, a white T-shirt, rolled up tracksuit bottoms and a grey sweater around his waist Becks appeared at ease in his role as teacher to the team of children.

Beckham will be a free agent when his contract runs out in the US in November.

He has already been linked to Premier League sides Tottenham and Queens Park Rangers.

Though his contract runs out in November he has yet to decide on whether he will stay with Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy or move on to a new team.
