Another level: Rihanna poses in her hotel room in Tokyo where she is currently staying ahead of the premiere of Battleship in Japan
As one of the world's most famous faces Rihanna will be used to the high life by now.
But even she must have been wowed by the view afforded by her plush hotel room in Tokyo.
The singer, 24, tweeted a picture from the room, which appears to have huge windows, where she posed up in front of the view.
I spy with my little eye: The singer looks out of her hotel window
Wearing a dark grey sweater by Rodarte, featuring their Radarte slogan, coupled with a grey cotton skirt and white trainers Rihanna sat on the window sill with a pot of ramen noodles.
She completed her outfit with regulatory bling - a thick gold chain and a matching watch.
On her Twitter page she wrote: 'She thinkin phillipe I'm thinkin Ramen noodles.'
Room with a view: What Rihanna can see from her stunning hotel suite
Chilling: Rihanna posted some pictures of herself - perhaps a little bored in her room
Earlier in the day the singer arrived in Tokyo looking less glam than usual in her all-grey ensemble.
She carried a leather jacket over her left arm and a denim bag on her back.
Rihanna happily stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures with eager fans at the airport before making her way to her hotel.
Casual arrival: Rihanna lands in Japan wearing a comfortable dark grey sweater and a light grey skirt
Grey days: The singer opted for comfort over glamour for her flight to the Japanese capital
The singer is in the Japanese capital for the premiere of her movie Battleship.
The movie's world premiere will fittingly take place at the US Navy base in Yokosuka, 40km south of Tokyo, early next week.
Rihanna plays a character named Raikes alongside co-stars Brooklyn Decker, Liam Neeson and Taylor Kitsch in the new film.
Welcome to Japan: Rihanna makes her way out of the airport
Meanwhile she has revealed that she was obsessed with aliens when she was a child in Bridgetown, Barbados.
Rihanna told The Sun that she would sit on her porch, watching for UFOs on the orders of her father Ronald Fenty.
She said: 'My dad used to make me sit outside on the steps all night long looking for UFOs flying by, and I had to do that for years.
'I didn't see any but I saw a falling star once and I was like, "Yessss, Dad! Come and see, it just darted."'

Abbey Crouch
By Alanah Eriksen
Her job revolves around posing and pouting.
So it's not surprising Abbey Crouch worked the camera like a pro as she left her hotel while on holiday in Dubai.
The model and WAG looked extremely lean in a tangerine dress a an admiring porter opened the door of the Grosvenor House to let her through.
Tangerine dream! Abbey Crouch strikes a pose outside the Grosvenor House hotel during a reception for the Dubai World Cup
The 26-year-old is staying in the luxury five-star hotel while a reception for the upcoming Dubai World Cup is taking place.
With husband Peter, 31, back in England due to his footballing commitments with Stoke City, Abbey is no doubt staying in one of the luxury suites which range in price from £200 to £400 a night.
She has whisked her one-year-old daughter Sophia across to the UAE for a pre-Easter break.
Working her best angles: The model and wagged looked very slim in the bright dress and towering tan heels
Coming through: The model uses the path outside the hotel as her own personal catwalk
Abbey paired the dress with towering tanned heels and massive dark sunglasses.
Her nails were perfectly manicured and her blonde locks were loose around her face.
The day before, she was pictured with Sophia, flaunting her size 6 figure in a £178 Vix Betsey monochrome bikini.
Walking in the sea, the model doted on her daughter, who looked adorable in a flora, frilly bikini and headscarf to protect her little head from the hot sun.
Causing chaos wherever she goes: One of the porters can't help but check out the 26-year-old as she walks past
At one point, little Sophia decided she would prefer to wear her mother's pink hat instead, providing much entertainment for the giggling mother.
This latest trip marks Abbey's fifth holiday since becoming a mother to little Sophia on March 14 last year.
Statuesque: The 5ft 9 model regained her Size 6 figure just weeks after giving birth to Sophia last year
Marvellous in monochrome: The TV presenter looked trim and toned in her two-piece
Last September, they enjoyed a family holiday to the Italian island of Capri and a honeymoon in Ibiza.
The family also had a pre-wedding break in Sardinia - where they visit every year - just days before their lavish wedding in Leicestershire.

Tulisa Contostavlos
By Alanah Eriksen
She had covered up slightly earlier in a pretty summer dress as she tries to quash gossip following her leaked sex tape.
But it was back to her racy best for Tulisa Contostavlos last night.
The X Factor judge donned the tightest and shortest dress possible during a date with her new man, Skins actor Jack O'Connell.
Racy: Tulisa wore a very skimpy red dress for a night out with her new man, Skins star Jack O'Connell in London last night
The 23-year-old walked two paces behind her boyfriend as they left Hakkasan restaurant in Mayfair.
She was obviously not worried about courting attention in the red strapless number which showed off her cleavage and her bronzed legs.
The singer paired the dress with black, peep-toe Christina Louboutin heels, silver hoop earrings and a black leather jacket, with her long brunette locks pulled back in a ponytail.
Not worried about attracting attention then? The N-Dubz star went for maximum exposure with her cleavage and bronzed legs on display
Dressing up: The star paired the dress with silver hoop earrings and a black leather jacket, and looked considerably more done up than Jack
Jack was more dressed down in a long-sleeved shirt and dark jeans.
The pair left in a taxi together about 12.30am after the late-night dinner date.
Jack seems unfazed by Tulisa's current escapades and is remaining by her side.
It seems unlikely he is using her for notoriety though, with his own career about to take off due to his own merits.
While the former Skins star isn't quite a household name yet, he has an ever-growing list of future projects in the pipeline.
O'Connell will soon be seen in Tower Block alongside Sheridan Smith and Rusell Tovey, as well as supernatural drama Beautiful Creatures with Viola Davis and Jeremy Irons.
Sticking by her: Jack is obviously unfazed about Tulisa's new-found notoriety following her leaked sex tape
Home bound! The couple left in a taxi together about 12.30am after the late dinner
Yesterday, Tulisa did her best Disney star impression as she joined Jack on a shopping trip..
Looking every inch the squeaky clean pop princess, she stepped out in white sneakers and a cutesy multi-coloured dress that looked more Selena Gomez than N-Dubber.
However, the reality is starkly different for the Camden-born singer who hit the headlines this month for all the wrong reasons.
Tulisa is currently embroiled in a rather embarrassing court case after she accused her former flame Justin Edwards - otherwise known as MC Ultra - releasing an old sex tape of them.
Girl next door: Earlier, Tulisa stepped out in girly dress while shopping in Shoreditch with Jack
Follow my lead: Jack seems well trained as he carries the shopping bags
To add insult to injury, a shop in Soho is now claiming to sell copies of the footage for a mere £5, despite her lawyers seeking an injunction to prohibit anyone from publishing or disclosing the video.
But never one to shy away from controversy, Tulisa has been carrying on with business as usual.
This week, the Young singer joined the likes of Rihanna and JLS as she attended the Drake concert at the O2 Arena.
Energy fix: Tulisa stopped off at a local shop to buy a bottle of Lucozade

Autumn and Peter Phillips, pictured with their daughter Savannah, announced the birth of their second child Isla Elizabeth who was born on Friday
The Queen has become a great-grandmother for the second time, Buckingham Palace said today.
Isla Phillips was born yesterday at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, Gloucester, to Peter Phillips and wife Autumn, weighing 7lb 4oz.
Perhaps in a nod to her great-grandmother’s Diamond Jubilee year, she has been given the middle name Elizabeth.
The Queen is said to be delighted at the arrival of her second great-grandchild who has been give the middle name Elizabeth
She is a second daughter for Mr Phillips, who was present at the birth, and his Canadian-born wife.
Her older sister Savannah was also born at the hospital on December 29, 2010.
The Queen’s press secretary said: 'The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Autumn’s family have been informed and are delighted with the news.

'She will be 13th in line to the throne.'
Buckingham Palace would not confirm if the middle name had specifically been chosen as a tribute to the Queen.
Although he is 11th in line to the throne, Peter does not have a royal title as his mother declined to give her children the HRH title at birth.

Broken dreams: Jai, singing in last year's Britain's Got Talent final, has now been dumped by his record company
As he stood victorious on the Britain’s Got Talent stage, Jai McDowall thought he was on the road to stardom.
But just nine months after millions of viewers saw him win Simon Cowell’s ITV talent show, the singer has been dumped by his record label.
Now all he has to show for his brief moment in the spotlight is the three-bedroom home his prize money paid for – on a street called, rather unfortunately, Fail Avenue.
In January, Cowell admitted he was ‘disappointed’ by McDowall, adding: ‘He wasn’t one of our best.’ The singer told the Daily Mail that the pair met only once, after the final last June.
‘After that he emailed to say he thought my performance at the Royal Variety performance was absolutely brilliant, and once to tell me he thought my album was “quite good”,’ he said.
The 25-year-old disability support worker, from the Ayrshire village of Tarbolton, shocked bookmakers when he triumphed over the 12-year-old favourite, Ronan Parke.
After scooping the £100,000 prize and a deal with Sony CMG, as well as a slot at the Royal Variety Performance, McDowall recorded an album, Believe.
It peaked at number 54 in the charts, selling 11,336 copies.
McDowall blamed the album’s lack of success on Sony. ‘It came out around the same time as the X Factor was reaching its climax and you had big name stars like Michael Buble bringing out their Christmas albums,’ he said.
‘I didn’t really ask for more support from Sony and Simon Cowell, and I kind of feel like I should have said something.
‘I was just going along with it, because I didn’t really know what I was doing.
‘I did what I was told. I feel I could have pushed them a bit more, but I think they could have worked a bit harder with the promotion.’
Rocky road: Jai McDowall is congratulated by runner-up Ronan Parke in last year's final
He continued: ‘I’ll be honest: I don’t think I got as much support as I was hoping to get.
‘When you’re on a show like Britain’s Got Talent, it’s one of the biggest shows in the country at the time. But it got to the stage where I started thinking “what went wrong?”, especially when you see all these other stars coming out of reality shows.’
McDowall revealed that Sony did not even tell him directly that his one-album deal was not being extended.
‘They got in touch with my management to say they didn’t want to make a second album, and then I was told,’ he said.
Of the reality show, he said: ‘I watched Britain’s Got Talent last week and thought it was really good.
It was weird to watch though because you know what’s going on and it gave me more empathy because you know exactly what they’re going through.
‘My advice to anyone on the show is try and enjoy it, because I was a nervous wreck.
‘Take it in your stride, because at the end of the day the music business is ruthless. If it’s not what you expect, you should be grateful for whatever you do get.’
He admitted that things hadn’t panned out ‘how I thought they would’, but added: ‘Things were much better than they were if you’d asked me a year before BGT. You’ve got to be grateful for what you’ve got because sometimes life doesn’t always work out the way you expect.’
Winning the show has allowed McDowall to buy his £52,000 three-bedroom house outright. In stark contrast, BGT’s most successful contestant, Susan Boyle, earned an estimated £3million last year.
The winner of this year’s series will receive a larger prize of £500,000. Cowell returned to judge the auditions, having appeared only from the semi-finals onwards last year.
A Sony spokesman said: ‘We can confirm that we will not be making a second album with Jai. We wish him well in his future career.’

Second marriage for the former prime minister's sonBy Sara Nathan
His path to happiness has hardly been smooth. But today, as James Major marries for the second time, he will, at least, have experience on his side.
The son of former prime minister Sir John Major will marry Kate Dorrell, the woman he fell for when she was the married deputy head at his little boy’s school.
The couple have remained out of the public eye since their relationship was revealed in September 2008.
In the meantime, they have become the proud parents of a baby son called Jude Matthew Major, who was born at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire on April 9 last year.
On the birth certificate, Mr Major, 37, a former nightclub promoter, is listed as a flooring contractor. Miss Dorrell, 34, is described as a headteacher.
The couple first met when discussing the educational needs of Mr Major’s son Harrison, from his previous marriage to model and gameshow hostess Emma Noble.
Miss Dorrell, who was then known by her married name of Kate Postlethwaite, was the deputy head of a primary school in Huntingdon. Now she is head of a different school.
She left her husband of one year, Russell Postlethwaite, to move in with Mr Major. At the time, Mr Postlethwaite accused Mr Major of stealing his wife. ‘Major knew Kate was married,’ he said.
Mr Major retorted: ‘What’s the big difference between stolen and seeing someone?’
The couple went on to settle in Huntingdon near his parents, Sir John and Dame Norma Major. His ex-wife Miss Noble, who has since found a new partner, and their son, now 11, also live nearby.
Mr Major’s marriage and divorce from Emma was played out in the pages of celebrity magazines and in the harsh glare of publicity.
It makes a stark contrast to the low-key arrangements for today’s ceremony, although one similarity is that both his new and former brides are blonde.
He met Miss Noble at a party at London’s Café Royal in February 1998. They became engaged three months later and were married in a lavish ceremony in May 1999 at the chapel of the Houses of Parliament.
Glamour: Mr Major's marriage to Miss Noble was publicised in the pages of Hello! magazine. His latest marriage is expected to be far more low key
The reception was held at The Dorchester in London and was covered extensively in a £400,000 deal with Hello! magazine. The details of the newlyweds’ ‘tropical honeymoon’ were also splashed all over the magazine.
Harrison, known as Harry, was born in July 2000 and later diagnosed with autism.
The marriage collapsed after Miss Noble was alleged to have cheated with actor
Graham McGrath, her co-star in former ITV soap Crossroads, a claim which she denied.
Mr McGrath remained with his wife Sarah, and Miss Noble and Mr Major were divorced in 2004, with Emma accusing her husband of ‘unreasonable behaviour’.
The relationship went further downhill in 2008 when Miss Noble accused Sir John and Dame Norma of rarely seeing their grandson, and even claimed they had failed to send him a card for his eighth birthday. The Majors denied they had in any way neglected their grandchild.
In December 2010, the Mail reported that Miss Noble had become engaged to diplomat’s son Conrad Baker. In April 2011, she gave birth to their son Roman.
However, their joy was dulled somewhat when it was revealed that Mr Baker, a decade younger than his fiancée, had also recently fathered a son with another woman.
But the couple are still believed to be together.
Yesterday Mr Major confirmed his marriage today, saying: ‘Yes, I don’t want to talk about it.’
And when asked to confirm the birth of his young son, he said: ‘Yes’, adding: ‘Thank you very much.
‘It is a private family matter and that is all there is to it.’

Feeling brazen: Carol Vorderman's optical illusion dress looks like she accidentally forgot to cover up her top half
She hardly needs an optical illusion dress to accentuate her curves.
But Carol Vorderman added some va-va-voom to her already voluptuous figure in Stella McCartney's celebrity must-have creation.
Last night, the Loose Women host was seen leaving Langan's Brasserie in Piccadilly, central London, looking every inch the shapely beauty.
However, as the nude tone of the frock, which dominated the majority of the gown, bled into the upper white bodice - it made Carol appear topless.
From afar, the chest area appeared to be an exposed vest or underwear garment lurking beneath the beige below-the-knee dress.
Yet the view from the back, albeit covered by a black shrug, clearly showed that the number was just a deceptive design on the front.
Carol's waist looked smaller than ever as black panels on either side of the outfit created an impression that her silhouette was tinier than it actually is.
Shapely: Carol's waist looked tiny due to the optical illusion of the black panels
The dress is popular with everyone from reality stars to the A-list, with the likes of Frankie Essex, Kim Kardashian and Kate Winslet stepping out in it.
Titanic star Kate looked striking in the monochrome frock while attending the premiere of Mildred Pierce at the Venice Film Festival last September.
Meanwhile, Kim followed in her footsteps, wearing a near-identical number at Perez Hilton's Mad Hatter Tea Party Celebration last weekend.
Copycats: Kate Winslet wore the dress at Venice Film Festival in September 2011, while Kim Kardashian chose the gown for Perez Hilton's party last weekend
The Mayfair eaterie is known for live music over the weekend, with Carol tweeting about the evening's entertainment.
The former Countdown star wrote: 'The sax is playing ..... mellow.....Mister Beaujangles.....happy happy days X
Great band tonight....... Love a bit of live music x'
However, what Carol was actually referring to was the song Mr Bojangles - by American country music artist Jerry Jeff Walker.

Date night: EastEnders co-stars and real-life couple Tony Discipline and Jacqueline Jossa at the European premiere of Wrath of the Titans last night
They've been quietly dating since last year after falling for each other on the set of EastEnders.
But last night, soap couple Jacqueline Jossa and Tony Discipline made their romance official with their first red carpet appearance.
The actors posed at the European premiere of Wrath Of The Titans at London's BFI Imax.
Jossa, 19, showed off her slim figure in a navy French Connection Ribbon Knits dress, while Discipline, 22, looked dapper in a grey suit.
Their smart outfits are a far cry from their soap characters' more relaxed wardrobe.
Jossa has played teen rebel Lauren Branning since September 2010, while Discipline is a relative newcomer to the show after joining last June to play Tyler Moon.
Meet and greet: The young couple signed autographs for fans outside the IMAX
In a recent interview, she admitted she had briefly met Discipline before he joined the cast in a nightclub.
She told The Sun: 'Tony came up and said he was auditioning for EastEnders. I didn't believe him, though when I walked back to my mates, I was like, "Did you see his teeth?! He's well fit."
'But I left it. I didn't think he was going to join EastEnders. He even added me on Facebook and I deleted him!
Hard to get: Jossa admitted she initially ignored Discipline's advances
'Then a couple of months later, I came into work and there he was. I called my cousin and said, "Do you remember Fit Boy? He is in the building."
'We didn't get together for ages, as we thought it'd be weird on set, but it got to the point where there was no other option.
'We kept it a secret at first, but everyone was like, "Oh, we knew."'
At work: The pair's characters Tyler and Lauren had a brief fling

Kim Kardashian
By Sarah Bull
She's constantly changing up her look by experimenting with different fashion choices, accessories and hairstyles.
And earlier this week Kim Kardashian decided to go for a new appearance by trying out green contact lenses - brightening her usually dark brown irises.
However, there was one big reason Kim's fans were slightly distracted when she posted the shot on her Twitter page - namely the very low-cut top she was wearing which highlighted her ample cleavage.
Nobody's looking at your eyes! Kim Kardashian posted this picture of herself on Twitter after experimenting with coloured contact lenses, but distracted with her very ample cleavage
In the picture, Kim is seen with her glossy black hair straightened around her shoulders, with a blunt fringe framing her face.
While little of her outfit can be seen, it can just be made out that Kim is wearing a curve-enhancing black corset and danging necklace, both of which draw attention to her already prominent chest.
But Kim made no reference to her curves as she posed the picture, with the caption: 'What I would look light with light eyes.'
Slimming down: Despite being proud of her feminine assets, Kim said she wanted to get in shape now she's a single woman and debuted her thinner figure earlier this week after losing 6lbs in 7 days
Kim has previously spoken about her curvy physique, insisting that she is proud of her womanly figure.
She told Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine last year: 'My sister Kourtney would always make fun of me for having bigger boobs than she did.
'When you’re young, it’s embarrassing. Your body is changing and it’s scary. Then when I was 15, I realised it was great. I’ve never wished for smaller boobs since.'
However, despite being proud of her feminine assets, Kim debuted a slimmer look earlier this week, when she revealed that she has lost an astonishing 6lbs in just 7 days.
She said: 'I'm on a mission. I figure, I'm single. Now is the best time to get in shape!'

Gemma Collins
By Emily Sheridan
And here's something I designer earlier: TOWIE star Gemma Collins shows off one of her new designs at the This Morning studios
As a bonafide Essex girl, Gemma Collins is rarely seen out of her towering designer heels.
But like most stiletto-loving women, sometimes its hard to keep their balance.
Leaving the This Morning studios today on London's South Bank, the 31-year-old fell prey to her vertiginous footwear.
Oopsy daisy: Collins ends up losing her balance and heading to the floor, but managed to stop herself from falling over
Fortunately the ex-car dealer managed to put her hands out to protect herself, narrowly avoiding a grazing situation.
But she managed to see the funny side and looked grateful as a gentlemanly security guard rushed to her aid.
The bubbly blonde was on the ITV daytime show to host a fashion segment alongside Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
Helping hand: A security guard rushed to Collins' aid after she stumbled in her heels
She also popped into the programme's 'Hub' to assist Matt Johnson in reading out some of the viewers' comments.
She tweeted ahead of the show: 'I am off to @itvthismorning you can see me talking about fashion today it's going to be fun tune in tweeps xx.'
For her moment in the spotlight, she chose to debut one of the dresses from her new plus-size fashion collection.
Body confident: The 31-year-old prefers to be a poster girl for the curvier women
Collins, who is currently an 18, is designing a collection which will be launched next month.
She is currently on the hunt for 'girl next door plus size' women to model the range.
Meanwhile, it appears Collins' personal life is also going from strength-to-strength after she booked a holiday with her new boyfriend Charlie King.

Crash diet: Anne Hathaway, pictured at the London premiere of One Day last year, is losing weight for Les Miserables
Anne Hathaway is having to resort to a drastic diet to lose weight to play her latest role.
The actress, 29, has been ordered to lose 16lbs in less than three weeks to play dying prostitute Fantine in the movie adaptation of Les Miserables.
As fans of the musical classic will know, the single mother ends up with consumption and later appears as a ghost.
Although currently a healthy size 10, Hathaway will have to lose over a stone for her realistic portrayal of a hungry, dying prostitute.
Instead of eating the recommended daily allowance of 2,000 calories a day, the actress is now down to under 500 to achieve the rapid result.
A film source told the Daily Mirror: 'Anne is playing a destitute factory worker-come-lady of the night.
'Unfortunately, she only has 15 to 20 days to lose as much weight as possible - up to a stone-and-a-half - because she’s been filming the scenes showing her fit and healthy, almost slightly chubby.
'It’s not ideal but, as with any high-budget movie, there are strict time constraints.
Method: Hathaway previously lost weight to play Andrea Sachs in The Devil Wears Prada
'Producers have assigned her a personal trainer and she is literally eating nothing more than a couple of apples a day, and some protein – mainly in the form of a shake.'
However, producers are making sure doctors keep a close eye on the actress during the short-term diet.
Hathaway is no stranger to having to lose weight for roles.
Last year, she slimmed down to fit into an unforgiving catsuit to play Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises.
She started doing Bikram yoga and push-ups and eating vegetables, fish and fruit to shape down.
She also lost weight to play Andrea Sachs in The Devil Wears Prada.
The Les Miserables movie, which also stars Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Eddie Redmayne and Amanda Seyfried, is due to release in December.
